I dislike waking up early.
Let me repeat: I dislike – greatly – waking up early.
I prefer to sleep in late and wake up on my own time.
However, when I do that I feel like I’ve wasted so much time.
I miss the sunrise; the stillness of the house; the quiet of the neighborhood as I go walking.
And if I don’t do my exercises, I feel like a complete and utter slacker; slug-like in my body. And I just don’t feel well.
So, I get up grumpy and within fifteen minutes, I’m happy to be up and about witnessing the rest of the world waking up.
